Do you love Homodoxy? Are you a… Homodoxophile?
Fabulous.
Until sales can buoy us, the press depends on the generosity of donors to pursue its mission. So, go on:

There are more ways to support below the massive triangle!
Homodoxy is also assembling a network of yappers to spread the Homodoxophilia. If you’d like to join, here are talking points to equip you for your good work:
things the press needs
- pro brono or affordable contract review and copyright consultation
- fundraising advice: how to reach communities who would want to learn about and support Homodoxy
- commendations to relevant foundations, particularly those which do not issue open calls
- David Bohnett Foundation, BW Bastian Foundation, Hawthornden Foundation, Astraea Foundation, etc.
- financial consult to establish best record-keeping practices off the bat
- talk about Homodoxy in your own spaces—IRL and virtual
- keep your ears out for projects and writers relevant to the press
- share with me things you’ve learned from similar endeavors!
- print out the zine version of these talking points below and share it
talking points re: the press
- unique niche: LGBTQ theology and literature beyond inclusion and what scripture says (it’s been done, and it overssimplifies queer life)
- spirituality and sexuality freed from inherently conservative peer review and religious imprimaturs
- two series:
- Books Reprinted in Contemporary Context (BRICC): new editions, translations, and collections of out-of-print works that still have things to teach us. A BRICC is foundational and projectile.
- Unitudes: small books on big ideas by writers, artists, and practioners w/ an unusual angle. Not an introduction! Evidence of life. I am small, I contain Unitudes.
- an open call in all genres
- traditional publisher (authors get paid, don’t pay to publish)
- editing intensive
- contract based on Authors Guild model contact, prioritizing authors
- fiscally sponsored by Fractured Atlas: donations are tax exempt
- two books published per year
- regular catalogue to start in 2027
- distributed by publisher for first years; aiming to be distributed by Asterism as soon as possible
- copies of every book donated to LGBTQ community centers
- member of the CLMP
- supporter of the PACBI and boycotts of Russia
- no AI or Amazon
- currently fundraising and applying to grants to support publisher/editor as he runs the press and writes
